The gala, scheduled to take place between 7:30pm and 10:00pm on Febrary 21, 2015 at Hammerson Hall of the Mississauga Living Arts Centre, will be celebrating its 5th year of operation. 

From the year of 2011 to 2014, we have successfully held four monumental New Year Spring Festival Gala shows. This year, we will keep an personal director Victor Wang who has ever been our Gala show and highly technological stage effects are another grand spectacle of the show; the 2015 Mississauga Chinese New Year Gala will blend only the most advanced sound, light and visual effects for this highly-acclaimed yearly festival.

Along with ~1300 audience, the events were attended by prominent local officials such as the Senator, Victor Ho, Mississauga Mayor, Hazel McCallion, MP, Bob Dechert, MPP, Bob Delany and Deputy Consul-General of The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Toronto, and other representatives from the culture division of the City of Mississauga. This gala show is gradually becoming a premiere annual event in the City of Mississauga during the Chinese New Year festivities.
Who has attended the event

• Approximately 70% attendees are Chinese ages 40+ and attended as couples,bringing their children and parents with them
• 70% attendees say they are homeowners
• 50% attendees classify their annual household income as $75,000-150,000
• Although 70% attendees live within Mississauga, we drew 30% from throughout the GTA.

The annual gala has become a “must-see” Mississauga event.

Your financial support helps to pay for the event facilities, staging and collateral materials – all of which are essential components to hosting this premiere event.

2015 Mississauga Chinese New Year Gala’s sponsorship benefits include but are not limited to:

• Visibility & Partnership for a full year: Be part of the MCAO activities throughout the entire year! As we are getting bigger and more active with events running through the whole year, that means much more exposure for your company.
• Logo display and name mention in the Gala program and on of all our merchandising material, including t-shirts, posters and more. We will work with you for maximum exposure to build a lasting relationship between yourselves and MCAO.

Since MCAO is a non-profit organization with limited financial resources, we need your financial support to allow us to deliver a high-quality, premiere event.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 in sponsorship funds for the gala; we ask for your commitment quickly so that we can move forward in implementing our event planning.
